Camillo is a traditional Roman restaurant located in Prospect Lefferts Gardens, Brooklyn, Along with a full menu of authentic Roman antipasti, pasta & main courses, Camillo specializes in pinsa, an ancient style of Roman pizza made using a mixture of organic wheat and rice flour. The dough is left to rise for over 48 hours, baked in an imported Moretti Forni oven, resulting in a crust that is lighter, crispier and more easily digestible than your typical Neapolitan pizza.

Named after Count Camillo Negroni, the man who allegedly invented the negroni cocktail in 1919, Camillo offers a variety of classic Italian cocktails, spritzes, vermouth, amari, local beer and wines on tap.
